LNF (Literacy and Numeracy framework for Wales) app for iPhone and iPad

LNF is the essential app for the National Literacy and Numeracy Framework (LNF) which became statutory in Wales in September 2013. The app allows easy, one-touch mobile access to the documents on the Learning Wales website and is aimed at teachers, learners, parents, governors and anyone with an interest in education in Wales.

Developed by primary and secondary school specialists, LNF also provides access to the latest Welsh Government documents, updated regularly.

Planning becomes easier and clearer with LNF at hand, and sharing learning outcomes with learners is one-touch away. Facilitating endless possibilities for assessment for learning, LNF shows the framework a year group and strand per page, allowing learners to swipe easily to their next steps. The app also offers both print and send features, to share information effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
